DIRECTIONS
Use the mask warm or cool. Warm it: to surround and relieve clogged nasal passages with comforting warmth. When you have a bad cold and are congested apply a warm eye mask to aid in opening up nasal passages. Cool it: for tired puffy or swollen eyes, tension, hangovers and other head discomforts. A refreshing cool eye mask helps stimulate blood flow and relieve pain. To warm, soak in comfortable hot, but not boiling water for five to ten minutes. Be sure the mask is comfortable before applying to the delicate facial skin. Overheating will damage the mask and may cause injury. To cool it, refrigerate for 60 minutes or more. Again check the temperature before applying to delicate facial skin. CAUTIONS: For external use only. For adults use only. Not recommended for diabetics. Do not use if punctured.
