  • :: Browsers Supported ::

    Due to the wide variety of browsers currently available, it is impossible for us to know which ones are 100% compatible with this site. However you must have a "modern" browser in order for shopping cart security features to function properly. If you do not, the software will let you know. It is also a good idea to have Java and cookies enabled on your browser.  Although we have tried to limit our use of Java, for some features it is unavoidable.  Also, the shopping cart will place a cookie on your computer to identify your purchases.

    That said, if you encounter any difficulties while using this site please let us know how we can be of help. We are happy to take your order over the telephone.

    ::Site Navigation ::

    At the bottom of each page, there are drop boxes that have hyperlinks which take you to the various pages on this website. Just click on one of those drop boxes and select a page. Some windows will open in a new page so that you don't have to keep hitting the back button. When you are done with those windows, just press the "close" box in the upper right corner.

    On most pages there are also text links on the left side of your screen and arrow icons. Clicking on these will take you from one product to the next.

    There is also a Site Map that has text links to all of the pages.

    As you put items into your shopping cart, a new page opens on our shopping cart server. There is a button at the bottom of that page that takes you back to the page where you added the product to your cart.  During this process, your cart contents are being stored in a cookie on your computer. If you want to add or remove shopping cart contents or check out just press the "view cart" button in the bottom left corner of each page.

    Providing a secure site is essential for your peace of mind and trust in LavenderShoppe.com. You can pay for your order online in two ways. If you have a PayPal account (or would like one) you can pay for your order that way. PayPal uses the latest in Secure Socket Layers (SSL) protocol encryption technology to safeguard all of your information. If you have not already signed up with them, you can do so at check out.



     

    If you choose to pay with a credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

    Your information is collected on a secure (Secure Socket Layers (SSL)) server and is completely safe. The purchase will be identified on you credit card statement as orders@blackpearlbotanicals.com We do not save your credit card information so there is no risk that it will ever fall into the wrong hands.

    Guarantee Details:

    Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, LavenderShoppe.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. LavenderShoppe.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at LavenderShoppe.com while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

    :: Placing an Order ::

    Placing an order is easy.  Just browse the products we have to offer in no particular order.  When you see an item you wish to purchase, press the "add to cart" button.

    Add as many items to your "shopping bag" as you please.  When you are ready to place your order, make any final changes to the quantities and selections in your "view contents" shopping cart window then press "checkout". If you close the shopping cart window, you can easily open it again by pressing the shopping cart icon at the bottom of product pages or clicking on and off the "view contents" buttons.

    Choose a method of payment (Visa MasterCard Discover American Express or PayPal) and in no time your purchase will be on its way to you.  It is easy and you can sleep well knowing that your personal information is safe.

    We are more than happy to take your order offline.  You can place your order over the telephone 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday.  If no one is available to answer your call, voice mail will pick up. Please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    You can also send us your order in the mail.  We accept personal checks and money orders. Be advised, however, that if you send a personal check, it will take longer for you to receive your merchandise.  We cannot ship your order until your check has cleared.

     PayPal accepts withdrawals from local bank accounts in these countries. Users in any country may withdraw funds to a U.S. bank account

    International ordersmay incur additional shipping charges depending on destination.  Once these charges have been determined, an electronic invoice will be sent to you.  This must be paid before your order will be shipped.  If upon receiving the invoice you decide not to proceed with the purchase you need do nothing.  If we do not hear back from you within four days, your order will be canceled and your monies refunded.

    International orderscannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.  Also APO and FPO(military) addresses are not accepted.  A signature at delivery is required.

    International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. LavenderShoppe.com has no control over these charges and cannot tell what the charges may be.The customer is responsible for these charges.  Customs policies vary from country to country.  Contact your local customs office for further details.  Generally, packages may be delayed at your local customs if duties and taxes have not been paid.

    :: What About Back Orders? ::

    We generally try to keep the web catalog updated but occasionally we will run out of some item.  If, as a consequence, there will be a delay in filling your order we will attempt to contact you by email letting you know what the estimate is. You can choose to cancel the order at that time if you wish.

If you are not satisfied for any reason and return your purchase (see below) in original condition within 60 days, we will gladly refund your purchase price. NOTE: All items sold at Lavendershoppe.com are produced in the USA by people using natural ingredients. Because each item is handcrafted, the item you receive may vary slightly from the image you see on the screen in size, color and design.

    :: Returns and Exchanges ::

    If you are not satisfied with the product, return it, with invoice within 60 days. Non-consumable items must be returned in "as new" condition. Consumable items must be at least 1/2 full to qualify for a refund and we request that you contact us first to receive authorization. We will promptly exchange it or refund your money. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable, unless it is our error.
