1/2 oz fresh lavender flowers and leaves or 1/4 oz dried2 cups white wine vinegar
Instructions: Place lavender in a clean pint size jar. Bring vinegar to a boil pour it into the jar cover it with a lid and store in a cool dark place. Shake the jar each day for two weeks. Recipe makes 2 cups. Blend 1 part lavender vinegar to 3 parts extra virgin olive oil for a fresh and flavorful oil and vinegar dressing.
